  • ~FixedA summary could fail against an engine that was actually running. Importing right after launch, while the model was still loading, left that note without an engine for the rest of its run.
  • ~FixedThe language-model download sat at 0% while it was downloading normally.
  • ~ImprovedDownload progress now follows you around the app instead of living on one card, so a running download is never invisible.
  • ~FixedWhile a summary is generating, the card now names the engine doing the work instead of saying “Your engine”.

  • +NewSummaries now run on your Mac. hdck4B — our own model — is built into the app, so nothing about a summary leaves your machine.

  • ~ImprovedSettings now shows what the on-device engine is doing — ready, starting, or downloading — and lets you retry if it stops.

The whole app — every screen, menu and message, right down to the macOS menu bar — is fully translated into eight languages: Español, Deutsch, Français, Italiano, 日本語, 한국어, 简体中文 and 繁體中文. Each was translated by a native speaker, not a machine. Switch anytime in Settings → Profile → App language.
